Javascript not loading fine for sitebuilder if it is browse without the "www" at the front of the domain name at address bar.

Also avoid copy from other webpage or straight away paste it to the sitebuilder as it might corrupt the whole webpage in sitebcx. You should manually enter all content using the sitebuilder or paste them to notepad first before copy to sitebcx.
