Joomla setup enquiry
I was wondering if this is possible to set up. One is using Fantastico to set up Joomla and the other is create a subfolder and install another joomla manually in it. Is this possible without conflicting anything?

Yep, you should be able to do that without any issues. But you will need to setup 2 MySQL databases in your cPanel for each installation.
